Show Notes

In this latest episode of the Net Politics podcast, I sit down with Peter Swire, Nancy J. and Lawrence P. Huang Professor of Law and Ethics at the Georgia institute of Technology. He’s a leading privacy, cyberlaw scholar, and was one of five members of President Obama’s Review Group on Intelligence and Communications Technology.

I spoke with him about reforms to U.S. intelligence programs, the U.S.-EU relationship on data transfers, and reform of the mutual legal assistance treaty process. Listen to the podcast below, or check it out on Soundcloud.
